Keron Foundation established a structured cooperation with leading institutions in Armenia to support the engagement of international professionals.
In June 2024, Keron Foundation and the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at preserving and developing Armenian musical traditions, engaging experienced foreign musicians and administrative professionals, implementing educational and cultural programs, and strengthening international knowledge exchange.
Within the framework of this cooperation, four international musicians and one art manager joined the Orchestra through the Talent Pool Program. These professionals relocated to Armenia, actively participated in concerts and tours, conducted masterclasses for young Armenian musicians, and contributed to educational activities in specialized music schools and universities.
Their involvement strengthened the Symphonic Orchestra’ s artistic quality, management processes, and educational capacity, while introducing international professional standards and fostering long-term institutional development.
