Crofton House School had revenues of $ 39.8 million and expenses of $ 38.5 million in 2023 – 2024 . Of significance this year :
> In October 2023 , the School made a bonus principal payment of $ 1.1 million towards the Campus Master Plan bank loan .
> The School continues to rely on donations to support the needs of the Campus Master Plan .
> 2023 – 2024 was the final year that the School received $ 0.3 million from Crofton House School Foundation towards programs and strategic priorities as part of the $ 2.0 million donation from Dr . Sherman Jen in 2017 – 2018 .
> During the year , the School made a charitable contribution of $ 0.4 million to Crofton House School Foundation from net proceeds of the 125-Year Celebration event .
> Subsequent to year-end , the School purchased a property at 5761 Blenheim Street , Vancouver , BC .
