Define the principles of effective partnership , with criteria for evaluating and engaging with existing and prospective partners .
A committee of teachers , administrators , and CHS Parents ’ Auxiliary representatives undertook significant work , resulting in a Partnership model that was approved by the School ’ s leadership for implementation next year . In May , a Deputy Head , Partnership and Community Engagement was hired to oversee this work .

Explore the feasibility of a directory of parents / alumnae available to participate in the educational program .
A platform currently used by the alumni has been evaluated as a means to connect Grade 11 and 12 students with parents and alumni for advice , mentorship , and work experience .
IN PROGRESS
Establish a physical recognition of the First Nations whose territories on which we learn , work and play , and develop an Indigenous educator or artist on-campus program .
A First Nations artist has been selected to receive a commission from the School to create a physical recognition of the territories on which CHS stands , with work beginning in 2024 with a tentative completion date of September 2025 .
The addition of an Indigenous Educator / Artist / Knowledge Keeper in Residence to the staff has been deferred .
