spending less in tuition than the average among WTCS
and four-year colleges and universities. The cost to
taxpayers is also among the lowest in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin’s Technical Colleges
NWTC served 6,360 FTE students in 2018-2019, the
3rd-largest total in the WTCS. They included degree,
diploma and dual credit students, adults changing
careers, employees and employers advancing their skills,
and community members improving their quality of life.
NWTC also granted the 3rd-largest number of associate
degrees and technical diplomas, with 3,532.
