MISSION STATEMENT PRESIDENT’S LETTER Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s annual report for the 2018-2019 fiscal year shows how the College has invested community resources and attracted funds from beyond our District to expand the economic potential of Northeast Wisconsin businesses and citizens.
