ALUMNI PROFILE “ SkillsUSA is an amazing organization that offers so many unique experiences. It allows everyone involved to grow both personally and professionally. I would not be who I am today without all of my advisors pushing me to try new things and encouraging me to always get more involved. The business and industry involvment with students makes all the difference. She previously worked at Skytop Lodge as a banquet cook for events serving over 100 people and for grand buffets. Future Plans Emma plans to return to CIA in the fall of 2018 to complete her bachelor’s degree in foodservice and business management with a concentration on advanced wine studies and hospitality. She also plans to earn her level 1 Sommelier certification and stay in California to pursue a career in the wine industry.
