The guide was launched at the Staff Conference in November, where staff handed out the guides to the public across the city. The guides where distributed in each region and in addition, 10,000 guides were donated to the Salvation Army to include in their Christmas hampers. The guide was well received and a number of positive media stories were achieved across radio and print.
