Infrastructure to support growth and support delivery • An Asset Management Plan was developed and endorsed by the Board to ensure that all assets owned by Interrelate are sufficient in meeting the future needs and objectives of the organisation. • New data network specifications developed and proposals sought in order to meet future growth and service delivery priorities relating to technology. Marketing and promotion • Development of new brand and marketing materials. Policy review • Review of over 30 policies and processes. • Review of delegations to achieve control at appropriate levels. Program improvements • Establishment of Service Practice Groups across agency with regional representation to inform practice. Supervision • Review of the clinical Supervision and Support Framework. Training • Review of training programs; now includes training needs analysis and organisational training plan. • Implementation of a Manager’s Development Program. • Provision of information and further training in regard to policies and procedures related to workplace practices and behaviours. • Development and implementation of organisational induction days for new staff. Workforce planning and development • Interrelate’s accreditation process was reviewed and the Staff Excellence Framework launched. 35
