School Program The Carlos Rosario Charter actively achieves its mission to transform students’ lives through the provision of the following courses and services: • • • • • • • • • • • • English as a Second Language (literacy to high-intermediate levels) High School Equivalency Exam Preparation (GED preparation) Citizenship preparation Computer Literacy Workplace Computers Individual and small group tutoring Counseling Job counseling, training, and placement Leadership training Higher education scholarship awards Referrals for child care, health care, and legal counseling And many other services including workshops on life skills, health, and domestic issues.
