There is an inverse relationship between jobs available and the probability that students will receive a job offer (i.e. fewer jobs available > more applicants per job > decreased probability of job offer). 3 Life skills workshops address areas including but not limited to health, higher education, community relations and services, and vocational opportunities. The particular topics of the workshops are determined by the immediate and timely needs of students.
