Organizational Performance: Compliance
The Carlos Rosario School complies with all applicable law, rules, and regulations
regarding: Health and Safety Regulations; Certificate of Occupancy; Insurance Certificates;
Background Checks; Inventory of School’s Assets; and Open Enrollment Process. The School is
not required to follow the No Child Left Behind requirements as it is a school for adults.

Finance
1. A copy of the school’s approved budget for Fiscal Year 2005-2006:
Carlos Rosario Charter’s annual budget for Fiscal Year 2006 has been included in
Appendix E. The annual audit will be submitted by November 1, 2006, as required, to the
District of Columbia Public Charter School Board.
