Raspberry Mousse
LGIT – Low Glycemic Index Treatment approved
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of frozen or fresh
raspberries
2 eggs whites
2 tablespoons of creme fraiche/
heavy cream
3 drops if stevia
Sour cream & 1 drop of stevia
vanilla for icing
9 Carbs Total
Whip the egg whites, whip the
cream, pour the fruits & mix
everything together.
Use small individual cups, rub the
inside with coconut oil, pour the
mix very carefully, keep in the
freezer for a couple of hours.
Take out the cup place upside
down on a plate, cover with sour
cream flavored with vanilla.
