02 NOVEMBER 13-24 Sydney Intercultural Film Festival ll The Sydney Intercultural Film Festival, from November 13 to 24, will screen more than 125 films from 30 countries. Some 100 films will be free and open to the public apart from the 26 ticketed titles to compete for the SIFF official selection. Albi Pri, a popular local artist, director and production manager performs with his friends in a variety show that features special guests like Lilian de los Reyes, Espie and Rey from the Regroove Band. Celebrity dancer Albert Dimarucut will take a break from his busy TV schedule in the Philippines to perform and choreograph the show alongside Victor Valdez of the VIP Sydney Dance Group. The night will start with a twocourse dinner, then a 1-hour and a half concert followed by a public dancing to the live music of the most sought after Maynilad band. Charles Chan directs the show and Oliver Gadista, formerly from Sweet Mojo Band, as the Musical Director. A Flagcom Production, expect a unique and different kind of event.
