In its commitment to augment the financial needs of Caviteños and lessen their worries, the Provincial Government of Cavite led by
Governor Boying Remulla , in coordination with the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office and the Provincial Treasurer’s
Office, directed the distribution of medical and burial assistance amounting to P7,544,124.22 to 1,628 residents in different cities and
municipalities in the province. The distribution was held on October 15, 2018 at the provincial capitol grounds in Trece Martires City.
Likewise, the governor showed his compassion to the less fortunate Cavitenos and voiced out that his advocacy “Mula sa Bayan, Para
sa Bayan” aims to give back to the public what they deserve. The taxes that they paid should not be put into waste and instead be
converted into truthful plans to provide welfare assistance to all the citizens of Cavite. Also present who expressed their sympathy to
the public were Governor Jonvic Remulla and Vice Governor Jolo Revilla.
