There is a true and living God who cares for us and knows everything we go through even before it happens . He is always near to give us comfort , love us , extend His mercy and grace towards us . He did not promise that some circumstances would not be hard , hurtful , or disappointing . However , He did promise never to leave or forsake us . His word states that as He comforts us , let us extend that same comfort and compassion to others .
