CONCEPT: Learn to use a CNC plasma cutter for steel
and a laser cutter for paper and cardboard and discover

sheet materials, and assembly techniques. The first week
covers the fundamentals of the steel shop, the second
week students are guided through the creative process.
The implementation of digital processes are introduced
and emphasized. Week two focuses on applying new
skills as students “put it all together” and pursue their
own creative visions.
CONCEPT: This advanced course develops concepts
through the use of Rhino CAD (computer aided design)
software. Students take the concepts and use the
software to render a 2-D or 3-D model. The design will
then be out WB
