Monday, December 16, 2014 Finalists will be selected based on the summaries and the INFORMS/CPMS verification process. Friday, February 14, 2015 Deadline for finalists to provide a full written paper. Monday, April 13, 2015 Each finalist group will give an oral presentation of their work in a special session at the INFORMS Conference on O.R. Practice in Huntington Beach, CA, April 12-14, 2015. Entries should report on a completed practical application and must describe results that had a significant, verifiable, and preferably quantifiable impact on the performance of the client organization. Finalist work will be published in the January-February 2016 issue of Interfaces. Any work you have done in recent years is eligible, unless it has previously been described by a Franz Edelman Award finalist. Previous publication of the work does not disqualify it. Anyone is eligible for the competition except a member of the judging panel.
