The two-year opportunity inspired Dailey to become a professional chef. He relocated to Paris, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, and apprenticed at a Michelin-rated restaurant. Today, Dailey surfs the local waves by day, presides over Peninsula Grill cuisine by night, and charms the likes of TODAY Show hosts Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb.
