Residents receive all monthly charges on one complete invoice . Invoices are delivered via mail , e -‐ mail ( e -‐ bill noMficaMon ) and / or online . For AMS clients who are bill and remit , each statement includes a payment stub and return envelope . The AMS Payment Processing center also allows for payments to be made over the phone , online , or through at 7 -‐ Eleven locaMons . Billing support includes a toll -‐ free number and 24 hour online access . For Property collect , residents are instructed to make payments on -‐ site .
