AMS manages and bills for water, sewer, gas, electricity, trash, cable, rent, internet, pet fees, pest control, storage, parking, garages and more! Through AMSync the integraMon process with the property management so [ ware is seamless and balances are correctly displayed on each individual tenant statement.
Residents receive all monthly charges on one complete invoice. Invoices are delivered via mail, e-‐ mail( e-‐ bill noMficaMon) and / or online. For AMS clients who are bill and remit, each statement includes a payment stub and return envelope. The AMS Payment Processing center also allows for payments to be made over the phone, online, or through at 7-‐ Eleven locaMons. Billing support includes a toll-‐ free number and 24 hour online access. For Property collect, residents are instructed to make payments on-‐ site.
