REVO coil Suspensions LEGEND Suspensions, previously known for its air suspension systems, has now made the move to producing a coil sprung suspension line. The new Revo coil suspension uses Legend’s touring spring rates to produce what the company states is a superior ride quality and performance designed specifically for all FL touring models. The unique spring rates produced in extended lengths provide a larger sweet spot with minimal pre-load adjustment. Carrying a passenger or changing between different riders’ weights and loads couldn’t be easier. Rider weights can increase or decrease by 50 percent or more without adjusting pre-load, while offering a superior ride quality. If pre-load adjustment is needed it can be adjusted by hand. The Legend REVO is machined from 6061 Series aluminum, which is then hard coat anodized. Internals are tuned via ‘Deflective Disc Valve Damping’ on top of Legend’s new high-flow piston and low-friction seals. This combination is said to react quickly to road conditions with improved fluid control while self-adjusting to road frequency, ensuring controlled performance without losing plush ride quality. Legend is offering the REVO in 13in and 12in lengths fitting 2000 and later Harley-Davidson FL and FL LO PRO models. All REVO models are available in standard or heavy-duty applications.
