ALUNA TEMPLE MAGAZINE EDITION No4 'BRIDGES' | Page 48
Let yourself be guided with your voice by what feels right.
We have every right to sound out our experiences without words. Words
engage the mind and take us away from the sheer liberation of making
sound.
Sound from our bodies, sound from our hearts, sound from our
past lives, sound from our ancestors that is waiting inside us to
be acknowledged.
Sighing, floating, roaring - there is no judgement on sound and energy.
My teachers of the Q'ero tribe in the Sacred Valley of Peru know that
energy must simply move to where it is in greatest harmony.
You will know what sounds
to make to feel good and
increase your sense of
harmony.
It's as simple as that.

I build bridges with sound from my
heart.
I find myself spontaneously in
Nature and using all of my love and my intention to give everything from my
most purest heart, through my voice to Pachamama, to the mountains and to
the rivers.
Giving back all of my gratitude and wonder to these forces of
Nature, weaving my voice in with their energy fields, knowing with
all of my being that my love is being received and acknowledged.
To feel connected to Nature all around us through our voices, knowing that our
vibrations are being felt and received is a great honour. Just as we receive
the vibrations of the sun and of the moon, from the hummingbird and from the
rainbows, our vibrations are being just as gladly received by all those natural
entities around us.
I have felt waterfalls receive my sound and in sacred exchange,
offer me back great keys.
