energy, the genuine nature of our
sounds and our intention behind
making them.

If we are wise we will sound firstly to release and to heal ourselves
and our relations, and when ready, we will offer sound to generate
vibrations to support Nature and our world.
In my sound-healing workshops I see that when humans feel not only
comfortable to make sound, but feel absolute trust in letting their sound carry
them down a powerful and often torrential river, they are without a doubt
carried toward a more expanded version of themselves, a freer version of
themselves. Sound does that.

When people completely let go and let sound stream out of them
unhindered by mental processes, unperturbed by what others might
think, a stream of code carries forth from their mouths.
These codes and stories, these programs, are expressions of being human that
need to be expressed. These are sounds that need to be released from the
body.

Sound bridges us to freedom.
But oftentimes we confuse sound magic with music. Some of the most powerful
sound magicians I have experienced have sounded terrible musically! It has
very little to do with what we hear but everything to do with what we feel.
