“And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, of every tree of the garden you may freely eat, but of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, you shall not eat: for in the day that you eat thereof you shall surely die." Genesis 2: 16, 17.
which was fashioned after the likeness of the glory of God covered their nakedness with resplendence beyond our now feeble imagina-tion. They had direct communication with God and an intimate relation-ship. Adam and Eve were free from physical and moral spots or stains until the day they chose to disobey God. It was then humanity was stripped of the light and glory of God that covered their naked bodies.
With their clothing stripped off, they were sepa-rated from God, and sin became the usurper of them and of us, their children, through our unres-trained appe-tite and passions one generation after the other. Thus, no longer are we able to appreciate our higher calling, and no longer are we able to recognise that we are CREATED to be princes and princesses; people of a “holy priest-hood to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God.” 1 Peter 2: 5.
In physics, light is defined as electromagnetic radiation that can produce a visual sensation, however, true this is, yet only few scientists acknowledge its origin. This phenomenon begins with God. “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.” Genesis 1: 1-4. The light that God created on the first day of creation was not the sun or the moon; for they were created on the fourth day of creation. Read verse 14-19 of the same chapter.
It was God who spoke the laws of physics into existence, at the beginning of creation, forming light atoms such as boron, carbon, nitrogen and oxygen that radiate energy in the form of electro-magnetic waves, which move strongly against the darkness that was already in existence. Thus, reflection, the first property of light was formed when the earth reflected God's glory. You see, dear reader; God is not a created being. He is the Supreme Being among all beings; the highest in excellence or achievement; the greatest in status, authority or power. His tribunal is above the tribunal of man: He is the supreme judge of all and His countenance or glory shines brighter than the brightest star.
