ourselves, about the universe, about our
existence and our purpose in life. If we
seek truth, we’ll find truth. Sacred books
like the Bible, the Torah and the Zohar
are all injected with life answers and
wisdom, so they are great sources of
Truth. Also read from people that inspire

Sound activates energy with the
universe. We can become one with the
universe by using word combinations out
loud that activate positive vibes to the
universe, and in turn, the universe
transmits positive vibes to us. You may
choose the tool of the “Holy Father”
prayer or tune in to a Buddhist mantra
like “Nam-Myoho-Renge-Kyo,” which
means “we bow to the inner wisdom from

Remember that practicing mindfulness
is about the journey, the daily repetition
and the daily growth. So it’s OK if you fall
off the wagon. Accept this as part of the
natural process, forgive yourself and get
back to it the next day. With patience and
consistency, sticking to a mindfulness
practice helps us handle stress naturally
by bringing on a sense of calmness and
clarity into our busy lives. These will
ultimately help us be more productive, by
literally, slowing down.
