We can’t control external stressful
circumstances, but we can control how
we feel and react about them. In her

coming into our lives, but about the tools

move through it naturally.”
Incorporating a mindfulness practice
in our daily lives allows us to have a set
time to be with ourselves to go inward
and tap into the internal energy we all
have inside. It builds compassion, which
fosters better relationship with family
members and co-workers. It helps builds
self-awareness, which in turn boosts selfconfidence. It also helps our intuition
speak louder, which is useful when
making decisions and negotiating.
