SIMPLE GREEN SMOOTHIES INGREDIENTS
I'm all for a healthy popsicle all
day every day… why not?! 1 ripe avocado (weighs about 8 ounces)
I love how you can take any of our green
smoothie recipes and transform them
into smoothie bowls or popsicles just like
that. Super easy and keeps the healthy
plant-based eating foundation going on. 13.5 ounce can full-fat coconut milk
This popsicle recipe is from our Fresh
Start Spring Cleanse and is loaded with
healthy fats and fiber… which should
become your new BFFs (if they aren't
already). Avocado and coconut have
beautiful amounts of healthy fats in them
naturally, which is why I like to blend
with them. Healthy fats help our digestive
system, our skin and our hydration levels
as well— and all of this translates into
glowing clear skin. So let's get blending!
