Addict?

1. When you come home from school and you feel hungry, what do you grab to snack on?

a. A piece of fruit from the fridge

b. I stop on my way home at Mcdonalds to grab a oreo or m&m mcflurry

c. I grab some veggie sticks and a pint of ice cream

2. How often do you drink coffee each week?

a. rarely, maybe once and at the most twice

b. I can’t live without it, it something that i have at least 5 or 6 times per week

c. I go to a dunkin donuts every other day

3. Donuts?

a. There alright

b. Chocolate, glazed, jelly, I love them all, give me one and I’ll eat it

c. I only eat them once in a while

If you picked mostly A's your alright. Your not a junk food addict. You would eat them if you had a chance to, but without them you'll do fine. You try to go for the healthier breakfast, dinners and snacks and that's good

If you picked mostly b's you have to watch your diet. Your choice of foods is unhealthy, and consists mostly of cheeseburgers, fries and donuts and cookies. You eat junk food everyday and when ever you can get a chance to. Your a junk food addict and you need to consider your choices of food more carefully. Eating too much junk food especially for a teenager is very unhealthy. You open yourself up for health concerns and put yourself at risk for many diseases.

If you chose mostly c’s than you are in between. You enjoy eating junk food but you eat it in moderation. Stick to what you are doing because too much junk food could lead to being at risk of many diseases. You consider what you eat before you actually eat it.
