Classes are held from Monday to Friday. Some may be organised on Saturday in the interest of the students. Depending on the course, classes will start and end at different times. Most of the time classes are held for 6 hours per day but can last longer.
Attendance to all the classes and visits is mandatory. Students will be evaluated each week. The 12 / 20 average grade is requested, as well as exemplary attitude & attendance, to obtain the certificate.
Accommodation: Students are accommodated at the student residences located close to Institut in double room: Check in date: Wednesday May 2nd, 2018 Check out date: Saturday August 4th, 2018 A deposit of 500 euros will be asked on May 2 nd( either Cash or credit card)
Dress code: It is mandatory for students to wear an uniform. We will provide you with a locker room in which you can change your clothing once in school. Students must be dressed either in their kitchen uniform or black suit to be admissible into the Institute.

Fees: Tuition must be paid 3 months before the program starts. The cost includes hours of class, housing, one meal per day( lunch or dinner) from Monday to Friday, the French national insurance and a multi-risk insurance & civil insurance( see
details below).
/!\ The invitation letter for the visa is delivered only once the fee paid. CANCELLATION POLICY: If the student cancels less than 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the program: 40 % of the tuition will be refunded only.
Insurances included in your scholarship: Civil Responsibility Insurance( Liability insurance): insurance covering all accidents and injuries you may cause to a third party during your stay. It is
mandatory. Student’ s Social Security( for Non-European Students): the student ' s Social Security is mandatory for all students in higher education less than 28 years. The national insurance will take in charge a part of your medical expenses, if you have
any, once in France. Assurance Habitation- Multi-Risk Housing Insurance: housing multi-risk insurance is compulsory for staying in the student residence.
Private international insurance not included in your scholarship: You must have a private international insurance covering medical needs in complementary of the French national insurance, This policy must cover your medical costs, hospitalization, and eventual repatriation. You must provide proof of this insurance with your application form.
