it. It’s about bringing people back to that moment and feeling that feeling again. Liam Your punk/pop punk. Do you consider yourself to be political punk or accessible punk? Or both? More accessible, we do have a message but we also li ke to have fun and create a different experience. We want people to relate and enjoy, whether that be from the message of the lyrics or just enjoying the sound and atmosphere. Your music is uplifting and inspiring, happy almost. And then there's Her Darkest Lie. Quite the departure, lyrically speaking. But, still it has the message of staying focused on the future. On what will be, not what is in the moment. To what do you attribute this underlying positivity in your music? Where does it come from? It comes from understanding that even when one moment is over and no matter how it ends there’s always another one on the horizon to keep your chin up and look forward to. You can play a gig with anyone. Anyone at all, living or dead. Who would it be and why? The band all have a different opinion on this, if you asked me personally I’d say Counting Crows. They are a great band, great writers and great performers and that’s what you strive to be like, no matter your sound.
