The Red-Tailed Hawk is a fierce predator and is the most common hawk found in North America . It is attracted to bird feeders because of the smaller birds that feed there . I was really happy with this shot because of the way the hawk is posed and the fact that I was able to get pretty close to it . If you look out Falk ’ s cafeteria windows , you may be able to see some Red- Tailed Hawks .
