SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) offers Event Management Skills for Administrative Professionals, a one day course that gives an out- line on how to plan events, select sites, manage bud- gets, supervise staff and volunteers, and run an event from start to fin- ish. This course is geared towards corporate events such as meetings and conferences.
