Recipe of the Week - Soothing Chicken Soup

Soothing Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs
1 small onion chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp rice
1 carrot chopped
2 zucchini chopped
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tbsp fresh mint
2 tbsp fresh parsley
Broth
7.5 cups water
4 bullion cubes

Clean chicken and set
aside.

Prepare ingredients.
Prepare broth. Boil bullion
cubes in water.

Melt butter.
Simmer onions until tender.

Add chicken, simmer for 2
minutes on each side.

Chop Vegetables.

am pleased to share some information with you about this
peaceful city. “Suli” (the city?s
nickname) is in the north Kurdistan region of Iraq. The people
here are mostly of Kurdish descent and speak Kurdish, not
Arabic, although many are bilingual.
Suli has about 1.5 million people,
while the larger Kurdistan region
of Iraq (including cities such as

development in recent years,
mainly in the tourism and construction sectors. Although the
economy is developing, employment is not easy to find here,
