Pujyashri: A person may not be skilled at all, yet he may interfere with our work by
suggesting “Is this the way to do it? It should be done this way.” It was always better
to say, “I did not know that it could be done that way; I had just joined the department
to help if need be.” I would not let my ego take over as to think or say, “what would
you know? I have been doing this work for 15 years.” If anyone had any suggestions, l
always said “alright, it sounds good. Let's try it out.” Yes, that may be a good point.”
And the work used to turn out well. Thus, every time someone offered a new
