Zoroastrianism
oroastrianism is one of the most
ancient religions of the world. At one
time it was the dominant religion of
Iran and adjoining regions. They are known
today in India as Parsis.

Major Festivals: Nauroz (Day of New Year)
Fundamental Belief: Zoroastrians believe
that every human has a role and
responsibility in enhancing and marinating
the sanctity and purity of our existence by
staying away from evil.
Pilgrimages: Yazd (Iran), Udwada (India)
Afterlife belief: According to Zoroastrian
beliefs, when a person dies, his or her spirit
leaves the body and good souls are led to
the paradise and evil souls are led to the
world of punishment.
