Step 1: Choose a language that you are fluent with. In your case, it can be English... Step 2: Write down "Dada Bhagwan Na Aseem Jai Jai Kar Ho" on a piece of paper in the language you selected. Step 3: First few times (approx. 5 times), recite the words while reading the alphabets in the paper. Step 4: Then close your eyes... Step 5: Start reciting "Dada Bhagwan Na Na Aseem Jai Jai Kar Ho" visualizing the words you have written... Step 6: Continue the above chanting for 10 minutes. The motive here is to affix your "Chitt" in one place only, while chanting. So, while you read the paper while chanting, make sure that your chitt is not diverted anywhere else... Chitt normally is easily diverted to thoughts of - Films, TV - Games - praise or insult - "Moh" - the liking for material things, people. What we want to do is affix our chitt so it does not get any thoughts, other than the reading of the words. This will in turn purify the chit. But, as your concentration power increases, you will be able to remember all your studies with your memory power...
