Quality local and international exhibitors showcasing the best they have to offer to the meeting , event and incentive buyers who will attend the show . We welcome our community back to Melbourne for the show and invite you to visit our First Timers Zone , with a great mix of domestic and international companies , who are either new to AIME or are exhibiting independently for the first time .
Ali Thompson , sales manager – What can we see from exhibitors in 2018 ?
From luxury boutique properties specialising in the high-end incentive market , to major hotel groups showcasing established to outrageously avant-garde properties that every event manager dreams of , to multiple venues from convention centres to desirable roof top bars and unique spaces throughout Asia and beyond , AIME offers a wide variety of exhibitors .
Lorna-Louise Greenland , hosted buyer manager – What are the key features offered to Hosted Buyers this year ?
This year we introduced the invitation only acquisition scheme , bringing together quality new and familiar faces from world leading brands to learn , connect and do business at AIME . For AIME 2018 we have also introduced the Trade Buyer category . This is for Victorian based buyers who attend AIME for the sole purpose of conducting exhibitor appointments . Pre-approved Trade Buyers will have access to the exhibitor diaries and show floor . Other features in the program includes extended appointment times and more time between appointments on the show days .
Clare O ’ Brien , event coordinator – What part of the AIME program excites you the most ?
The Welcome Event is always a great night to kick off two very busy days , this year will be no different , Melbourne always puts on a great show ! We have Konduko , the smart lead generation technology , powered by Info Salons , back on the show floor again this year , allowing for digital handshakes to occur between suppliers and buyers .

With over 84 per cent of people in Australia checking their social networks daily , integration of social networks for events , ensures the community are a part of the conversation , and interact with an event on a personal level . AIME has an active social media presence and invites attendees and exhibitors to use # AIME2018 while in Melbourne to be a part of our conversation .
