Leading and Managing Through Change Duration: One day Pre-course work: Yes pre reading 20 to 30 minutes Overview: In this workshop you’ll explore why change occurs and why it’s important to lead change in today’s fast paced workplace. You’ll learn the Kotter 8 step process, the principles underlying them and how these link practically to AH. You’ll put the theory into practise using case studies and review some tools to use with your team. 8 Objectives: Demonstrate understanding of: zz Why change occurs and how to tackle it effectively zz The importance of change leadership zz Kotter’s 8 step process and how to put it into practise zz Kotter’s dual operating system and the principles underpinning it zz Demonstrate practical application for your role at AH.
