In this workshop we’ll take a look at why
brand, stakeholders and marketing are
so important. What differentiates us
as a housing association? Why do our
stakeholders need to know? What can we
learn about our customers in order to
improve our service? How can we tailor our
services better to delight our customers?

Leading and Managing Through Change
Duration: One day
Pre-course work: Yes pre reading 20 to 30 minutes
Overview:
In this workshop you’ll explore why change
occurs and why it’s important to lead change
in today’s fast paced workplace. You’ll learn
the Kotter 8 step process, the principles
underlying them and how these link
practically to AH. You’ll put the theory into
practise using case studies and review some
tools to use with your team.
