Duration: One and a half days split
Pre-course work: Small amount of reflection (20 mins)
Overview:
In this session you’ll be introduced to a
well established model for coaching and
how to put it into practise. We’ll discuss the
concept and meaning of ‘limiting beliefs’ in
this context and the impact this may have on
yourself and members of your team. You’ll
practise using some key questions to help
you carry out coaching conversations when
needed (planned and “on the spot”).

zz Understand how you can use coaching to
get the most from your team members
zz Demonstrate how to put coaching skills
into practise
zz Understand when a coaching opportunity
exists and demonstrate how to effectively
carry out coaching conversations being
planned or “on the spot”.
