STAR Appraisal
Duration: Three hours
Overview:
Short briefings for managers on the process and how to prepare and conduct the appraisal.
Includes SMART objective setting, and career and development planning. Good for new
managers and those who aren’t as confident with the process.

STAR appraisals
Finance for Non Financial Employees
Duration: Three hours
Overview:
In this workshop you’ll learn how the
AH finance functions work, understand
delegated authority requirements and how
the chart of accounts is organised. You’ll
also learn how to interpret and understand
income and expenditure for management
accounts and how to manage your budgets
more effectively.
