Adaptive Leadership Program
Immersive learning for transformational leadership
This course is a unique, immersive experience designed to challenge senior leaders to think differently, build new perspectives, and foster personal and professional transformation. Conducted over four days at a premier CBD hotel, participants will immerse themselves in an intensive learning environment. The residential format deepens the learning experience, allowing participants to extend learning beyond the classroom through experiential activities and valuable networking opportunities( accommodation and catering included).
Throughout the program, participants will engage with a live adaptive challenge from their own organisation, ensuring that leaders can directly apply new insights and collaboratively explore solutions.
