How you will learn
Your journey begins before the course with a comprehensive qualitative feedback survey and an assessment tool, designed to highlight your core strengths and development areas. Feedback will be personally debriefed by expert coaches, who will work closely with you to create measurable, actionable goals that will serve as the foundation of your leadership development.
Over four immersive days, you will collaborate with fellow emerging leaders, tackling real-world challenges and honing the essential skills that will propel you into the next phase of your career. This experience culminates in the creation of a personal action plan, ensuring that you translate learning into immediate, practical action. One month after the course, your coach will check in with you to review your progress and help refine your leadership journey.
