The side that assesses risk, schedules, manages and reports. What if every Journeyman-level worker had a better understanding of where their efforts fit in? They are at the heart of how the work flows for maximum efficiency and profit potential. When Journeymen realize and embrace their important roles in implementing workflows, they become better and more engaged workers. This three-hour session exposes Craft Workers to the basic elements of scheduling, implementing, monitoring, and producing within job workflows.
