Afyonkarahisar’s Traditional Taste
Kaymak
Afyonkarahisar kaymak is made from cow and
buffalo milk but in generally it is prefer to kaymak
made from buffalo milk. Kaymak is indispensable
for breakfast. Can be consumed together with
honey and jam. Afyonkarahisar can be consumed
with special ekmek kadayif and other sweets. At
the same time kaymaklı lokum, kaymak dolması
and kaymak şekeri are made of kaymak.
