The Bagger Racing League ( BRL ) etched a new chapter in motorsports history in August , hosting its first-ever international race at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park ( north of Bowmanville , Ontario ) on August 10th and 11th . " Supported by the Fallen Riders Support Team and Pace Law , this groundbreaking event drew fans from far and wide to witness the thrilling action . " Dominating the weekend was local hero Sam Guerin , who made history by sweeping the event . Guerin , representing Original Garage Harley- Davidson , captured pole position and took a commanding victory in Race 1 before sealing the perfect weekend with another win in Race 2 . District Judge in Utah has decided that an environmental nonprofit group of Utah Physicians can pursue most of its claims against Harley-Davidson dealerships on the grounds that their sale of motorcycles without catalytic converters in the Wasbach Front area of the State are polluting the air . The lawsuit is against four dealerships with the same majority owner where emission and noise control devices were removed at the request of customers and replaced with aftermarket " defeat " devices .
