AfMA will soon introduce a new membership category for accredited individual suppliers who are required to complete online training in Chain or Responsibility, Work Health & Safety – The Mobile Workplace and Risk & Hazard – The Mobile Workplace. These will be available to both members and non-members for a small fee and next year will launch a number of taskforces to consider industry issues and progress your industry. In September I was delighted to attend the American Fleet & Leasing Association’s (AFLA) 50th Anniversary Corporate Fleet Conference. You would be surprised to know that only 4 people out of 400 had a 5 star safety policy and the focus was on total cost on ownership without considering extra safety equipment such as autonomous emergency
