Over the years , Emma Villas has consolidated many partnerships in the area and through them today we can offer owners , at very competitive prices , all services regarding property management and guarantee stable and lasting collaborations with qualified personnel and in compliance with the highest standards of quality and security to support the lease . One of the central activities regarding property management is that of guest reception : the heart of Emma Villas ' business . In recent years the company has developed tools and processes capable of accompanying guests from booking to check-out , efficiently and safely , digitalising the necessary steps as much as possible while maintaining the quality of our personal relationship with clients , which we still consider a distinctive element of Emma Villas compared to any conventional portal or tour operator .
From the 2021 season Emma Villas can offer owners throughout the national territory :
• check-in and check-out services with qualified personnel ;
• ordinary and extraordinary cleaning services of the structures ;
• certified sanification and / or disinfection services ;
• rental and laundering of linen for the lease ;
• remote property management service and management of the staff in charge of cleaning , gardening , ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the villa : this is a desk which , in place of the owner , deals with coordinating and having intervene on site , in the case of emergency , the internal or external personnel assigned to the property and which will be able to support guests for any specific needs
* On-site property management services , garden and pool management are available on request only in certain geographical areas and for some types of properties . ** As specified in the paragraph relating to Smart Hospitality , a concierge service for guests is made available by Emma Villas , free of charge for clients , through the Emma App , to facilitate and promote the online purchase of additional and hospitality services without generating additional tasks for the owner .
The Safe Reception Project
Through the " Safe Reception " project , Emma Villas has supported the owners in the management of problems related to the health emergency by providing them with a network of qualified companies for the sanification and disinfection of structures and swimming pools , collaborating with them to ensure compliance with provisions of law on a national and regional basis for the reception and producing information material , assistance and training of personnel in the various phases of the lease .
