In order that you fully understand the value of the Emma Villas strategy on the issues of Guest & Property Protection , this will be evaluated by simultaneously analysing the insurance cart available to clients . In fact , Emma Villas , in addition to inserting Zer0Dep to cover any accidental damage , has expanded the insurance cart , with specific attention to the current health emergency caused by Covid-19 , to promote bookings to Italian and foreign clients .
Starting from the 2020-2021 season , the policies available to guests will be :
• Stay Cancellation Policy - by EuropAssistance : the policy included in the booking price , in addition to objectively documentable reasons of health and / or work , has been extended to reasons related to chronic and pre-existing pathologies , contagion from Covid-19 , contagion from other epidemics / pandemics , acts of terrorism in the area of the reserved villa ;
• Health Policy - by EuropAssistance : an optional policy , valid for the entire duration of the stay ; it includes medical assistance travel / vehicle / family member left at home , medical expenses , travel remake ;
• Extra Policy - by EuropAssistance : an optional policy that offers coverage in the event of contagion certified by Covid-19 for the entire duration of the stay ( return to residence , integration of medical expenses , advance expenses for basic necessities , extension of stay ) and after travel ( hospitalisation indemnity guarantee and travel reimbursement ).
In addition to the aforementioned policies developed in partnership with the insurance companies , Emma Villas has further expanded the coverage by offering guests a cancellation guarantee also in the event of lockdown , included in the booking price :
• Cancellation Guarantee for Lockdown by Emma Villas : This is a coverage guaranteed by Emma Villas in the event of cancellation of the stay due to lockdowns issued by governments , due to the evolution of the Covid-19 pandemic , which make it impossible for the client to travel to / from Italy or to reach the booked villa :
• lockdown nazionale Italia ;
• lockdown locale Italia che riguardi l ’ area in cui è situata la villa prenotata ( zona “ rossa ” o impossibile da raggiungere a causa di restrizioni ufficiali alla libera circolazione );
• lockdown nazionale del Paese di residenza del cliente ;
• lockdown locale Italia nel Comune o nell ’ area di residenza del cliente .
