After 18 months of network development, a partnership with the USC Gerontology Department’s executive education program for home modification contractors, another partnership with the Home Depot, and some technology development, Evolve Emod was born. The goal was an organized delivery system for home modifications designed to allow for managed care Wheelchair ramps and widened plans and other stakeholders to easily obtain competitive bids, coordinate home modifications, measure quality and doorways would immediately enhance administer claims.
