T’ai Chi Chih® is a moving meditation that
is a form of Qigong. It is easy to learn and
consists of simple movements that invite
relaxation, improved posture, flexibility,
and balance. This is an introductory class,
but all levels of experience are welcome to
come and enjoy this relaxing healing art in a

with Natural Dyes
Learn how to take natural dye extracts and
transform them into ink for block printing!
After an overview of natural dyeing, you
will create multiple inks and carve your
own unique linoleum stamp. You'll put
your stamp and inks to work as you print
on an organic cotton bandana in class. All
materials provided and no experience is

Fly Tying
Learn the craft of tying and make your
own flies for fishing. Learn how to tie three
different patterns that will catch fish on

Tips and Tricks for Hiking
the Land of 10,000 Lakes
Whether you want to hike for an hour,
half day, or a whole weekend, experienced
backpacker Tom LeMay will share his
years of knowledge about hiking and
backpacking in Minnesota. Discover tips
and tricks for gear and packing to ensure a
safe and enjoyable experience. Maps and
various handouts are included. $7 of your
registration fee goes to Superior Hiking Trail
