HEALTH & WELLNESS New! Forest Bathing Shinrin-yoku is a Japanese term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." A trained guide from the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy will take you through a sequence which opens the door to the therapy of nature. Forest bathing includes walking at a slow pace, sitting, and standing. Talking is minimal. The practice allows for both an individualized and shared experience. Stress reducing benefits can last for days! The session closes with a sharing of tea brought by the guide.
